Video: Kauffman Foundation Conversation with Don Lombardi, Founder and CEO of IPI

IPI seeks to improve pediatric care by stimulating development of medical products and medications designed specifically for babies and children. We do this through public, private, nonprofit, and for-profit collaboration on product innovation.

IPI Programs:

The IPI Pediatric Hospital Consortium helps identify needs for new products that are optimized for care of children.
The IPI Pediatric Pharmaceutical Reformulation Program is developing a portfolio of drug products with delivery forms optimized for children.
In the NICU Needs Analysis, the Hospital Consortium is collaborating to create medical device products that meet the needs for neonatal care.
A Pediatric Cardiology Needs Analysis is being conducted to determine what products need to be created or adapted for optimal pediatric cardiac care.
